These terms govern use of https://www.archumanlabs.com and sales conversations with Arc Human Bridge Labs LLC (“Arc”, “we”, “us”). Paid software and services are sold under a separate written order, proposal, or statement of work. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed order controls.

Arc is a Wyoming limited liability company (for-profit). We sell b2b software and professional services to u.s. nonprofit organizations (ngos) and international civil society organizations that pay us as vendor clients. See company details.

2. Who may use this site

This website is a commercial brochure for organizational buyers (nonprofit staff, boards, and procurement). It is not a donor portal and not a public fundraising page. By contacting us you represent that you are acting for an organization, not as a retail consumer seeking to donate to Arc.

3. What we sell — and what we do not

• Software products for NGOs (donor CRM, donation recovery tools, marketplace storefronts, call routing, AI operations agents)
• Professional services (paid advertising management, operations consulting, media, and technology implementation)

• We are not a 501(c)(3) charity, NGO, or public fundraising organization.
• We do not solicit or collect donations from the public into Arc Human Bridge Labs LLC accounts.
• We do not operate as a money transmitter, payment processor, crowdfunding platform, or bank.
• Donor payments, if any, are made to our nonprofit clients — not to Arc.

4. Pricing and contracts

Pricing is sales-led. A quote, invoice, or subscription is an offer to the named organization. Payment is due as stated on the invoice or billing agreement. We may suspend unpaid services after notice.

Organizational clients pay Arc Human Bridge Labs LLC by invoice, card, or subscription (including Stripe) for software licenses and professional services.

5. Website content

Product pages describe capabilities we offer or intend to offer. Features, timelines, and packaging may change until confirmed in writing. You may not copy, scrape, or resell site content without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our services for fraud, unlawful fundraising, spam, or to imply that Arc is a charity receiving public gifts. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or impersonate Arc.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Software and services are provided under the warranties (if any) in the applicable order.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arc Human Bridge Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to this website is limited to USD $100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes relating to this website lies in courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming, United States.
